Secondary – Year 12 – Mission Stage

Senior Schooling is a challenging time as students move from compulsory schooling into the worlds of post-compulsory education, tertiary studies and employment.

Building on the Relationships and Service focused approaches of previous stages, the futures focused eLearning oriented approach followed in senior secondary supports students as they make this transition from school to the wider world after Year 12.

At Heritage, we seek to help all senior students grow in personal responsibility for learning and spiritual growth, as they take on new responsibilities and make important decisions with far-reaching effects.   Students are very much accountable for their behaviour, are required to make commitments; fulfil obligations and make decisions on courses of action, schedules and the fulfilling of goals.

The School seeks to give every student opportunities to develop their strengths in a community of students, staff and parents, all striving to be faithful to God in all areas of life.

In addition to traditional face to face classes, Heritage offers blended programs of online content supported by on site teaching staff – offering the best of both worlds.
